  • Vienna House will be a 7-storey multi-residential building providing 123 affordable rental units. The development is a partnership between the City of Vancouver, BC Housing, Non-Market Housing Development, and the More Than a Roof Housing Society.
  • The project is a prefabricated hybrid structure of mass timber and light wood frame and includes a unique courtyard form to address climate, social and acoustic issues. The building has been designed to a very low embodied/operational carbon emissions and is targeting Passive House certification.
  • Project size: 97,500 SF
